All products are strictly inspected before shipment. However, if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods with clear photos or videos as proof. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

For confirmed quality issues caused by manufacturing defects, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the specific situation. The final solution will be determined after evaluation and mutual agreement.

For bulk and customized orders, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a verified quality problem. Due to the nature of customized products, cancellation or modification after production has started may not be possible.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing time, depending on banking procedures.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
