Shipping Policy

We provide international shipping services for all export orders. All goods are shipped from China to worldwide destinations.

Shipping methods are selected based on order quantity, product type, destination, and customer requirements. The available shipping options include international express delivery, air freight, and sea freight.

For small orders and samples, we normally use international express services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable courier services. This option offers fast delivery and door-to-door service.

For medium and large orders, air freight or sea freight will be arranged depending on cost efficiency and delivery timeline. Air freight is faster but more expensive, while sea freight is more economical for bulk shipments but requires longer transit time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product volume, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The final shipping fee will be confirmed before shipment.

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method: express delivery usually takes 5–10 days, air freight approximately 7–15 days, and sea freight approximately 25–45 days, depending on the destination port.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues once the goods have been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs caused by incorrect information will be borne by the buyer.
